Awful quality hardware, zero customer support.
DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES
After only a few months of ownership, the headphones snapped whilst I was putting them on my head! There is a weak link attaching the headband to the ear cup, now they are rendered useless.
The worst part is the absolutely ATROCIOUS customers service, Amazon will not take any responsibility and they point you to the manufacturer, Bowers and Wilkins make it impossible for you to contact them, therefore I'm now stuck with a $400 paper weight.
Avoid.
