We loved how easy this product was to set up. We bought this on January 10, 2019. On December 3rd it stopped measuring the rain. I have had a HORRIBLE time with the manufacturer. They told us to change the batteries. We have changed all the batteries. Still doesn't work. Now it is the sensor that needs to be replaced. I have requested on their website and through emails to get an RA#. Still have no RA#. All the email correspondent from this company has been abrupt and in broken English. I purchased the extra warranty through Square Trade and because it broke within a year I have to deal with the Manufacturer. Amazon says I have to deal directly with Square Trade. Ambient has not answered my questions in my emails. They have not made any effort to rectify the problem. What a waste of $280.
