Product did not self level. Product "Pulled" away from the wall, up to 3" in some areas. Product will dent if objects are put onto it. Product is still sticky weeks later, and has attracted dirt and bonded to it in many areas. Please see Photos Mixed for 5 minutes with a helix drill mixer until there were no striations, room temp 72F, Epoxy temp 72F. Area was cleaned, sanded at 220 grit, and cleaned again. Followed directions perfectly. Called customer service to ask for replacement product to fix the damaged areas after sanding it down. Called customer service and got to the supposed manager. He told me i must have mixed it wrong and wouldn't believe me, despite explaining my mixing process. Asked for replacement product and was told "If you send pictures, i might be able to help bro" "But its hard to process all of this when your coming at me full bore" I was not upset at the time, only explaining why i felt my $2000 dollar countertop job being damaged by a faulty product, warranted a $60 replacement. I WAS however at full bore after he kept calling me "bro" and saying "i want to help but not when you interrupt me". I had never talked over the rep or interrupted him, and made a point to leave long pauses after everything he said from that point out. After he would finish talking i would respond 5-10 seconds later, as the hippocrit would then talk over me and say "I wasn't finished your talking over" We played this game for 3 minutes before i was not able to say a single sentence. so i hung up, called my bank, and am now leaving these reviews.
