In the words of Jay-Z, “ if everybody’s crazy you’re the one that’s insane.“ I don’t know what in the world is wrong with all of the people who review bedding on Amazon, but we have very very different definitions of the term “soft” and clearly one of us doesn’t know what a cloud feels like. I purchased a 3 inch topper because I had a “firm” zinus mattress (review ‘s recommended against “plush “saying that it was too soft and damaging). It’s like a rock. So finally after months of less than ideal sleep and a couple of weeks of waking up with a weird pain, I decided it was time to get a mattress topper. I can’t believe I let you guys swindle me again. This. Topper. Sucks. I’m not sinking into it, it doesn’t feel any softer, it actually feels a little harder than it was before. I can’t feel the memory foam, as I type this there’s a nice little cradle where my tush it’s currently residing, however as soon as I turn over that cradle sticks into my side and it’s very uncomfortable. The mattress actually feels a little like one of those balloons filled with sand that people used to pass off as stress balls. Like yeah it’s contouring to my body, but it’s still hard af. It’s only been about 10 minutes and I’m already trying to figure out how I can return it because it was vacuum sealed for the gods and there is literally no way that it can get back into that box. None. Is this my life now? Doomed to sleep on a hard mattress with an even harder mattress topper? The $80 I spent says yes. 🙄
