I bought this to replace an old Tracfone flip phone of my husband's. After it did not activate by following instructions, I spent 1 hr 45 min with customer service--4 different reps. No one was able to get the phone to work. Perhaps it was defective? I don't know--I ended up returning it and having the last rep reactive my husband's ancient phone.
