Put this set of solar lights out on the end posts of our new deck steps (still in the works). Since they didn't light up beyond a dull glow the first night we allowed them to soak up the sun for 3 days before passing judgement. The picture you see is the end result. One has an barely visual glow, the other no glow at all. Unfortunately, I am past the 30 day return since our deck steps weren't ready at the time of purchase. I'm sure there are better solar lights available on Amazon, we just didn't make the right decision with these. I'll update with a better choice. UPDATE: Pay the extra the first time around. Our new lights are amazing.
