Amazon is distributing this app from its own app store, which requires that you enable "unknown sources" in Android security settings. While I do not necessarily consider that a problem, the app then requests unreasonable permissions, such as managing user accounts, network/bluetooth settings, etc. See attached screenshots. This is obviously a concern in terms of security, and privacy. Since I use my mobile device primarily for communication, which has nothing to do with Kindle, I am not at all comfortable granting these permissions, and will not install the Kindle App until Amazon fixes this.
