Words can not describe the full extent of my nightmare experience with the order of these two barrels. I would give it 'minus' stars if I could. Items sent were NOT as described or shown in the video,... but a cheaper version, of inferior grade material, seams mismatched and had holes. Where they didn't have holes, the seams were so weak they would have burst (if the holes already there had allowed them to fill that much,... but they wouldn't) the screen top was not a regular screen in an aluminum frame like the barrels I already had (6 or 7) but a simple sheet of plastic with drilled holes in it. The silhouette was the same as what I already have,... but there the comparison end. Customer Service was a pure joke. They pretended to be trying to help, but instead kept throwing stumbling blocks my way,... first one thing, then another. one thing it was clear they did NOT want to do, was to fix the problem, or return my $. A solid month later, the barrels were Finally able to be returned to them, and they STILL did not credit my account in full (about a 10 $ shortage) Oh,.. and the price I had a greed to pay for what I thought I had been ordering,... bumped up about 20 X2 =40 dollars more than the page advertised them as, when the order went through,... too late for me to catch and prevent (Next time I'll know, to simply cancel any order that does this, as quickly after I can, following the submission) For a solid month (to the day) I lost much sleep with worry /frustration trying to reason with their customer service, who didn't care, and only wanted the money. Please read my other feedbacks,... you will discover that this one, stands out unique to all the others.
