The group that was responsible to approve this app's release, should be fired. I managed to install it on my S9, but it was like trying to find something in a totally dark cellar. This incompetently designed installation process must cost Whole Foods and therefore also Amazon a lot of potential customers. I read the comments by others here and it is obvious that the store people are helping customers with this app. This is adding overhead costs to each store. Being AMZN stock holder I am loudly complaining here! I hope that upper management takes notice and somebody takes action. The rating for this app his horrible! Unacceptable.
