So bummed and disappointed, I was so excited to get this and it was horrible. It worked on hardwood floors but didn't do anything to the carpets. I would go over the same spot several times and there would be little to no difference. I thought this would be great as I only have area rugs and this seemed so perfect. The battery life is terrible, if you use it on max power which is what is recommended for rug it runs out in 10 minutes. Very sad that this didn't work out.
