Hoses Break, Shark Knows It, 2 Months for Replacement. Bad.
The vacuum has a long warranty. The suction hose in the handle has ripped twice under normal use. I called Shark, they said they would send a new handle-hose right away. It was obvious to me they knew this was a common defect. I'm waiting for the replacement part to come any day. Now they send an email saying it is back ordered for two months. What are we supposed to do, let the dirt pile up? This is not a proper response to a known problem. Buyer Beware!
