SO happy we bought this instead of a lesser one - UPDATE: BIG PROBLEMS!
Very solid feel - Just like at the gym.
Update: After a day or two I'm noticing serious issues. The "free assembly" guys that Amazon sent (from Text4Tech) REALLY messed up. See the pictures and notice where the hand-pointers I added show the carelessness of the assembler.
1) They didn't show up or even call on the Saturday morning they were slated to arrive. Subsequently, they did come out (appears they had communication issues with Amazon not giving them my phone number - but they didn't email me either until after I reported the no-show so...).
2) They used power tools and ran 2 screws so far that they are poking through the top of the "console base" (and now replacing the console base is the only way to fix that ugly sight).
3) They also cross threaded one console bolt into the console and, thus, damaged the console threads the bolt needs to screw into. So, they couldn't drive it the last half inch - so they left it that way. They also left a 2nd console bolt a half inch from being fully driven (but I was able to tighten that one myself because it wasn't cross-threaded).
4) The heart rate hand grip is VERY incorrect. Measures 50-80bpm after I've been running (and my fitbit, which has always been within 5bpm of gym treadmills, is saying around 150-170bpm). I suspect the heart rate monitor problem may also be related to assembly as the manual has numerous bold warnings stating "do not use power tools", "do not over-tighten the pulse bar", "do not pinch the wires", "properly fasten the ground wire", etc....
If you buy this machine for nearly 2 thousand dollars... skip the "free assembly" and put it together yourself!
