I ordered the adorable plaid jacket for my young Boxer. I measured his neck and chest following the chart method. His measurements were on the cusp so I ordered a size up, XL. OMG, it won't velcro around his neck or chest. The measurements are about 4 inches too short, that's just to get a little velcro to secure plus the length is so short that it only reaches half way down his back. If you really want to order this jacket, go up 2 sizes. SO DISAPPOINTING. UPDATE- I reached out to the Seller who was very responsive and provided great customer service and provided an immediate refund for the jacket. I felt I needed to try one on before I purchased it rather than order another sight unseen. I provided my Boxer's measurements so they are willing to work on their measurement chart so people can order the correct size. The jacket appears to be made really well and would fit a dog that doesn't have a large chest or long body. Again, great customer service!
