Bought this for my 3 y/o 80LB Chocolate Lab to get in and out of my truck (Escalade), to prevent him from jumping in/out and damaging his hips and joints. I always place this and store this safely within my trunk; and strap it down so it doesn't move/slide. The ramp had been used less than 50 times ever before breaking. Unfortunately the ramp had broke while our dog was trying to walk up it (the entire catastrophe was caught on our security cameras), and injured his leg in the fall. He was limping for days and we had to bring him to the vet. They were insistent it was a front ligament tear/fracture - but we were fortunate that he had stopped limping a couple of days before his scheduled X-Rays. We have been keeping him calm and relaxed ever since, as we want to make sure he is fully healed before having him run/play again. Don't let the same thing happen to your dog. This ramp is DANGEROUS. We have decided to only use foam/sturdy stairs ever since.
