I'm not giving this one star because it's a lousy product. In fact I think LEGO products are excellent quality, fantastically engineered, and have given me many hours of pleasure. I haven't even taken the kit out of the box. So what's he complaining about. Unfortunately, with the instructions that come in the kit you can't build the model you want. This kit is one of the LEGO 2in1 models. I specifically wanted this kit to build the Hot Rod version. Unfortunately, LEGO only provides instructions for the Corvette ZR1 option. If you want to build the Hot Rod you have to get the instructions off their website. It is much easier to build from printed pages then try to do it of a smartphone or tablet. I suppose you could always download them and print a hard copy. But, given the size of the file (85 pages) and the fact they are extremely detailed and in full color it would cost more in ink and wear and tear on the printer than I paid for the kit. I'm not sure whether I'm going to keep it or give it to my granddaughter who loves to put these kits together. BTW - when I contacted LEGO I was told they could not supply a printed copy. How do you advertise and sell a product with different options and then arbitrarily not supply instructions to do what you've enticed a customer to buy.
