I bought this blender and am ever so disappointed. Within two months it began to leak when blending, which makes a miserable mess. I tried new cups, new gaskets, reseating the gasket, filling well below the maximum capacity line, higher levels of liquid vs. solids, lower levels of liquids vs. solids, etc. and nothing helped. I finally disposed of the unit, along with the many cups included, and am now looking for a blender that stands up to the test.
