I have a heavy metal tester (TDS meter). The original water tested at a 680, which is very high. I live in the Houston area where the water quality is low. In comparison, when I lived in Minnesota, the average tap water was around 250-400. With the FEELSO shower head filter, the water tests at a 620. This is not much of a difference AT ALL. The chlorine smell has lessened, so I feel that this slight change in the meter testing is possibly due to a lower chlorine level/softened water. Aside from that, there really is not much of a difference and I really wouldn't suggest buying this for the purpose of removing heavy metals because it does not meet that claim. It is very disappointing to see this brand claim their product does something that it does not do. I would be weary of products like these because there seems to be many products on Amazon with these false claims. Please fix your product or stop selling it all together because it is junk. Unless you want to buy it just for the five different shower head settings, it is worthless.
