I would've rated this product 5 STARS during the first month. The video quality and volume were excellent. I was so excited! However, it just has not held up. The monitor was delivered to me on August 1st and by the middle of September the power button is broken and the ECO function is not working (the monitor stays on all the time...even when the baby is quiet). SUPER FRUSTRATED that I spent over $70.00 on a monitor that couldn't last a year...meanwhile the Sony monitors I bought in 2011 still work perfectly. UPDATE: If I could just rate the customer service department, I would give them 5 stars. After my initial review they sent me a new monitor. However, here I am a few months later and I'm having the same issues. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
