I wish I could give this product a better review, but I just can't. I ordered my first pair from this company in a cute blue floral pattern in a size 10. When they arrived, they were red and in a size 7.5. No paperwork was in the box. Only the boots in a plastic bag. I went back to my order to double check that I had not confused anything, and it was as I thought...I had ordered a size 10 in blue floral. So I had to repackage them and return them. Because their boots really do come in cute patterns and prints, I decided to give it one more try because these are supposed to be a gift that I think the recipient would really have liked. Shame on me for a second try...They were now showing that they were out of the style I had previously ordered so I ordered another pair in a red paisley print, again in a size 10. This time the boots that arrived were the correct style, BUT in a size 9. I give up. I would recommend that you be aware of this carelessness before you order from this company no matter how cute the boots appear.
