Not sure what happened when we tried to communicate with this vendor that this fountain flopped way too soon, but we made two attempts to communicate through the Amazon system and got no response from anyone -- not even Amazon. This was a happy little addition to our deck for 10 weeks until it crapped out. Great one day, dead the next. We cleaned it per recommendations, yadda-yadda. No go. We also learned that despite lore, birds are not attracted to this thing. However, we really enjoyed it until its premature death. We tried everything, including request to vendor for advice on whether we should try buying and installing new rechargeable batters. Crickets. We sent another inquiry via the Amazon system. Crickets. Not sure if Amazon is standing behind any of it. Crickets so far. We expected better from Viajero, but especially from Amazon. What gives?!?
