I just received this item. The first thing I did, was to wash the pan in hot soapy water, rinsed with the same,and used a soft dish towel, to dry. According to the info. sheet, I was good to go. On the first use, 2 eggs "STUCK TO THE PAN". A few days later on the 2nd try, my hotcakes "STUCK TO THE PAN". Even with a small touch of butter, the last hotcake, "STUCK TO THE PAN". However, all is not lost, as I figured out,it makes a world class dog food pan. For what it's worth. PS: It doesn't even rate 1 star.
