Forget the politics from now on
His stories drag on. He should keep his liberal politics out of his books,ie, the hero had connections with CNN and MSNBC and he was actively investigating the Trump Russia collusion which is now known to be false. Then there are his jabs at the Trump policies. His political leanings add nothing except to turn some reads off. His publisher should have told Iles this. Also, the moral character of the hero stinks—he has daily sex with the wife of his friend who saved his life in Afghanistan. We I won’t buy another one of his books.
