I ordered a pair of these shoes in a size 9, which I religiously wear. I received them and they were way too small. I returned without issue and got a 9 1/2. They are a bit wide, which isn't a good thing if that's not something you need and you are involved in sports where you change direction at a moments notice. It's a small thing, but again, if you're playing sports...The shoelaces are ridiculously long. After 1 week of wearing these the leather where the shoe laces go in are literally falling apart at the seam. I could have dealt with the width and shoe laces, but this is just absurd.
