Junk chair - Scam
Product did not work out of the box, faulty, Customer support from the factory is a joke. They will give you the run-around and tell you must pay to fix the chair (defective out of the box) or ship it back at your own expense. This will cost $400.00. Factory Tech support said that there is "NO full warranty and I should have read the fine print before I purchased the chair"! Made in China.
