To: contactus@androidwax.com Dear Staff: On March 28 I purchased/installed Spyware Shield and Clean from Amazon for use on my Kindle Fire. Now almost all of my Applications open with the following message: "An error occurred. Please download this app again from the Amazon Appstore." I've never experienced any trouble at all with this relatively new Kindle, and everything seemed to be working fine before I ran these two Android Wax applications. Do you have any comments or suggestions? I decided I'd contact you for your input before posting a negative review on Amazon. Thank you for your prompt response to this matter. The developer, Android Wax, did not respond to this message. I spent a few hours both yesterday and today talking to Kindle support personnel who finally suggested that I reset my Kindle to factory default specs and reinstall all of my applications from the Cloud. The grey icon boxes mentioned in several other reviews were also present. My Kindle Fire is up and running for now. My Amazon refund is in the bank! All that is left to say at this point is GOOD RIDDANCE!
