I have "the gripper" label that wrapped around the opening bottle. I thought it's just a safety feature but my instinct just asked me to open it up. And there's like 40% of the product is used. I'm not sure if you can tell from the image. And I'm wholeheartedly not sure if I'm just unlucky or what. So I contacted customer support and tell them what's up. Asked them to leave a note to whoever is distributed this. I went on for another try as I want a new moisturizer. To my surprise, I see "the gripper" label again. Needles to say I just send the whole thing back without bothering to open it. Please don't buy this particular one on Amazon. It's likely used and it's gross to think you lather a piece of somebody's on yourself. If I could give it 0 star, I would.
