Title: Dont Buy! I urge you to re-consider purchasing this chain saw, as there are several negative issues, in my opinion, with the product and its associated purchasing policies. Number 1, the chain saw is wimpy. To illustrate, the battery is the same one I use with my cordless drill! Gosh...I have a weed-eater battery more powerful! I could barely cut a one inch limb and forget anything larger. Moreover, the saw’s reach (at its shortest) is too long to cut lower limbs. You must be a contortionist to use it! Which brings me to number 2, if you use the saw and experience that it does not live up to the company’s marketing, you will not be able to return it. You see...you cannot use the chain saw without oil and, if you put oil in it, you cannot return it! Further, (number 3), If you open the package and surmise that it is highly unlikely this chain saw will live up to the ‘fake marketing’ proposed by the company and, as the policy states, ‘change your mind’ and wish to return it, you may be given the opportunity to do so, LESS 20% restocking fee. So, guess who is stuck with a ‘useless’, overpriced, garage sale item....save yourself!
