I did a lot of research before I purchased this hot tub (lots of 5 star reviews). It took a week to get here; finally came in today. I unboxed it and began setting it up. I plugged in the pump to start to inflate the tub, but no power; no lights. I tried several different outlets but to no avail. I decided to contact Bestway (although it says Coleman, it was made by Bestway). I was caller #21 and after about 15 minutes I got through. While I did not get an apology that their pump wasn't working, she did walk me through how to submit a claim. Couldn't do it on the phone, had to go on line. Had to take a bunch of pictures and then upload the claim. We will see how this goes. Will update when it gets resolved.
