UPDATE (11/26/20): unit exploded, loud pop and smoke followed by everything going off and sparks. Returning to Amazon for refund My only complaint is that the light in the picture won’t go off and it’s very bright. You can turn all the other lights off except the giant APC logo on the top lol which is the brightest light on it :| not worth taking a star off but something mentionable also the logo isn’t rgb! If you’re gonna make a rgb product you may as well make it all rgb :p Other then that, standard ups from apc, they all run the same “firmware” so nothing special there, you at least know you’re getting tried and true software. The screen is a little big? For its purpose but meh overall a great UPS. will update periodically.
