I bought it in June last year, and it broke down today. It worked well only for 9 months. It seems that the temperature sensor isn't working. It can't heat up the water - it switches to off mode a few seconds I pressed it "on". My husband asked me to get another electric kettle quickly. I dared not to buy this one again - I have to look for something else.
