All the pictures of all the people that have purchased these rods show a manufacturer's package and manufacturers wrap around the rods. The rods that I got have electrical tape around them and they were just put into bag and mailed through the United States Postal Service. I don't know if these rods were made in the USA or not, I don't know how to use these rods because there's no instructions and I don't know if these rods are what they say they're supposed to be because they're not in a manufacturers package. They do melt pretty easily with my propane torch but I have no idea how to use them. I'm not happy with my purchase because these rods could have come from anywhere or anybody.
