I've had a lot of Digital clocks from LaCrosse Technology and have always been happy with them. This model like the others did what it is supposed to do - for 3 months when the interior temp stopped working. First time I have ever needed customer support from LaCrosse Technology prior to this problem. It turns out that they have NO customer service. I used their website and wrote them. It took them over a week to reply with a list of trouble shooting items. I went through the list and wrote bak to them. That was 2 weeks ago and still no reply. What good is a warranty if the company does not stand behind their product???? I will never buy another product from LaCrosse Technology
