Battery lasted a year now no longer charges, only 6 month warranty
Lasted one year, battery no longer holds a charge. Contacted customer service who suggested i reset the battery. Did not help. out of warranty (only 6 months) so out of luck. $400 item that lasts a year? what a rip off. Also purchased goal zero solar panels and have kept constantly charged with either wall or solar power. Very expensive battery that lasted a year. would not recommend and will not buy future goal zero products.
