Purchased this 32GB model at Sandisk direct. This thing heats up quite a bit. After putting a large movie on it from my computer, I burned my fingers when I touched it. I was shocked! So I decided to test the actual temperature to see what was up and discovered that it goes up to 117 degrees Fahrenheit. That's pretty bad engineering, I smell a class action if this product is not recalled soon.
