Unfortunately, I rate this a one star. I am truly hoping such a low rating will help the seller contact me. There has been no help via amazon customer service & even on the sellers page, there is no info to reach out or sent a message to after my mishap. Upon spending $35 for this one bottle of product and higher reviews I had super high hopes and was quite excited to get this after ordering. I am a big supporter of natural and organic products as I suffer from a very sensitive asthma. This about killed me. I purchased this spray for my home & my cat whos been going outside after 3 years of being a house cat and has brought in fleas. Figured Id use it in all of the house as a first step clean on getting rid of these tiny pests. Also loving essential oils I was super excited for the fresh lemongrass scent. Upon spraying this on my floors to mop , within moments, even with the windows open my chest tightened and I underwent a severe asthma attack. Lucky for me I had a friend over which got my inhaler and helped calm me down, although it took all night. Making me super dizzy and lightheaded. I ended up sleeping on the couch, with any movement I felt sick to my stomach and couldn't see straight. Upon opening the bottle it smelled like lemonheads. Which used to be a childhood favorite candy. But when sprayed it had a VERY STRONG chemical scent. I figured maybe after a long rough last couple days at work, it was just all in one. SO, the next day my friend suggested before going to get dinner spray the kitchen counters down and see if its a bit different when we get back. NOPE. Same thing happened. I even tried spraying out my cats blanket and bed & litter box OUTSIDE ... no different results... just as strong. Made no difference. I just do not get it. I reached out to amazon hoping customer service could get me some contact info for the seller as its not offered or available on their page. Amazon pretty much told me if you dont like it throw it away, we cant help you. I have left one other product review for this item since purchase, as its a costly product specially during this time with this virus nonsense going on. But still have not got any feedback or help from the seller. Super frustrated and let down, specially as a small business owner that likes to support family owned businesses, vs big box retailers. Im even more let down after reading more in depth of the over 1k reviews and seeing those that had lower ratings for this product said no other customer services were offered for this product to replace or help fix the issues to satisfy the customers, as most threw away this expensive $35 bottle.
