Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I read the reviews, but assumed the manufacturer had improved the materials. They didn't. I wasn't surprised, just disappointed to find one of the plastic parts under the left pedal still in the bag. It snapped off during packaging or shipping and is not usable. Updating to add: I worked with the wonderful Amazon support team to try and reach the manufacturer for a replacement part and we were unsuccessful. The only option I have is to return the entire unit; I cannot even exchange it.
