This review is for not only the product but ALSO THE SELLER. I purchased this product based on the description and it's uses for natural hair. I am an African American women with 4B type hair. I purchased this product and immediately upon delivery attempted to use it the same evening. First the caramel treatment is the texture of honey, but thicker. I didn't anticipate the extremely sticky feeling and consistency, since often time there is nothing behind a product's name. I followed the directions with all 4 products and was not pleased with the results at all. My hair was not as straight as pictured in online reviews or described by the product. As a result, I initiated a return request. The request was denied. I thought the purposed of ordering from Amazon was that customer's were guaranteed satisfaction or offered a refund. That is not the case. BUYER BEWARE! Should you dislike this product or it's performance you will be stuck with it. Lastly, the seller has a statement listed in their policies that is very strange. It states the seller keeps all communications between buyer and seller for a period of two years.
