Dear kiva
First when I started to get your the quality of the honey and the thickness was perfect and I was a monthly customer I buy it for my father
But recently I bought around 8 pack of manuka +20 which the regular I use the thickness now changed and now it’s more likely to be very soft and it’s like water please be kindly and answer my concerns
