My name is Boris. I am a cat and I am writing this review for my human companions. The v*t recommended this cat feeder so I would get regularly scheduled pre portioned meals. I was excited when it came because my humans let me hide in the box it came in and I dragged a few of my ping pong balls in there. It was fun. Then the trouble started. The device does not allow a human to review a feeding program after its put in to make sure it is accurate. And the only way you can reset the program is to pull the plug or remove the batteries. There is no reset key. The programming keys are unresponsive to human fingers and the programming process is cumbersome. Once programmed, the first meal I got filled my dish and overflowed on the floor! I liked that but my female human did not. My next meal came at 7 the next morning without my having to jump up and down on my male human companion (although I like to do that anyway). My third meal was scheduled for lunchtime. Noon came and went and I was hungry! I sat in front of the feeder and meowed and meowed. Nothing. I went to my female human. “Let’s wait a few minutes Boris,” She told me. But the food never came out! I howled! I do not like this thing! I told my humans to send itback I wish we could have kept the box it came in, but they needed that to pack the feeder in. The box was the best part of the feeder.
