First, the masks are SMALL! Child-size. The elastic is too short and hurts ears while bending ears forward. Second, the masks are STIFF like cardboard! I would never buy these again. They are inferior quality and workmanship. They would irritate your skin if worn more than 5 minutes. I have purchased other KN95 masks which were soft and pliable and ear loops were not too short. Where can I return the unopened 5-pack for refund?
