Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Our package arrived today sealed in a typical amazon cardboard box on our porch. When we opened it we noticed this note taped to the box. Seems kind of creepy. I contacted amazon and they stated it was a riddle from the manufacturer and they would pass on our concerns. Anyone have any idea what it means or why they would attach it to the box? It is a regular sheet of paper that has been torn, not cut, in half. Seems super strange and kind of alarming honestly. Any ideas would be great. Thanks.
