One off subject presented as a panacea.
This is a long rambling story of one concept of using an annuity to transfer wealth and aid present purchases IF you in the right financial position. This is written to 6 figure incomes and even then the sparse details on why this works are lacking. Another book on financial generalities.
The only take away is that this could be useful someday to someone.
