The product is delivered to my home on Oct.31,2017. It is a solid build looking appliance, however, after less than five pounds of orange press the drive shaft cracked. Not a small crack but a long vertical fracture. This shaft is made with poor quality plastic and no matter how strong the rest machine is made of, this ilittle shaft is an manufacture overlook and consumer disappointment . I called USA number on the back of the User Guide but only was put on hold for a long time. Finally I give up holding left my calling back number with the answering system and come here to write a report. I hope Breville could see this and advise me what to do with the defected appliance.
