For a product with a name of "Express" this donut maker is far from that. Per the instructions, each batch requires a flip and 5:30 minutes of total bake time. The recipes make 28 donuts, divide 7 donuts per bake, and you have a 20 minute bake time. Like another review, I found that the heating was not even and this resulted in overcooked and undercooked sections of each donut. Better off with a mini donut pan that fits in a toaster oven. With a specialty product, you expect that it would produce superior product. This, unfortunately, is not the case.
