The helmet looks very sleek and the headband makes it very comfortable. The sensitivity and delay work well. However, if you are using this helmet for welding 1/4-inch steel, it does not darken enough. Even with the setting on 9-13 shade, the lens produces no more than a 9-10 shade, when it darkens! All you can see is the bright arc and not what you are welding. It will burn your retinas when welding at higher amperages. It does not meet ANSI Z87, EN379, or COLTS LABS CSA0530, which require a helmet to produce a #13 shade lens.
