Warning! This is not real cinnamon (Cinnamonum Verum). This is Cassia (also known as Chinese Cinnamon, Vietnamese Cinnamon or Saigon Cinnamon), mislabeled as Cinamonum Verum (also known as Ceylon cinnamon). Or at least it looks like Cassia, smells Cassia and tastes like Cassia. Ceylon cinnamon has a lighter brown color and a more flowery flavor than this product, which is dark brown and rough. Like Cassia. I guess the price was too good to be true. I will report to Amazon. This is the first time I try this product. I have ordered Frontier before, which was the real thing.
