I can't seem to get this to work for me. Tried several times. The water keeps running into my mouth. I really don't feel like the suction is strong enough. It's so frustrating. I think I may have pushed water into my middle ear because of this machine. I felt a big 'gush' go into my right ear as I was using it and now my right ear squeaks and hurts. After watching me suffer trying to get this to work my husband took it away and said I was really hurting myself. FYI, I did not receive any additional "nose pillows" with this.
