Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was so excited to receive this Nail Dryer, I mean...the reviews are AWESOME! how can it go wrong?? Received the product yesterday and I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. It is SO cheaply made. When you insert the 4 light bulb, there was no latch or anything to hold the light bulbs in place, which means that if you hold the dryer in any angle other than flat, the bulbs WILL FALL OUT. At this point I was already unimpressed, but whatever...as long as it does it's job well. I went ahead and plug the dryer in, and guess what? it does not work?! I then went to another outlet to see if it works, nope! Needless to say, I will be returning it right away. What a waste of my time. But I thought to myself, how can a product so flawed have so many good reviews. I then checked out a few reviewers who gave this product 5 stars, and noticed that a few of those reviewers ONLY review Shany products. Which lead me to believe that this company put out fake reviews of their products. I understand that maybe I was just unfortunate and got one that is broken. Products fail, it happens, I can always just go and exchange for another one. But I do not condone companies that put out false reviews to deceive their consumers. I'm sure not every positive review is false, but a good bunch of them definitely is. That to me is shady business. Buyers beware!
