This pot is light and nice BUT it’s definitely not stainless steel. The lid is the worse, water and gets in between the knob and that create molds if you don’t take them apart and wash them. The nut that holds it together seems to be made with cheap aluminum because when you use a screwdriver on it, it peeled away. Spend your money on brands that you recognize, this is something cheap from China, worth $5.
