I have used these gel insoles for a long time and never had any problems before now. When I ordered these I didn't think anything about it or looking at the pictures. Now at the heel area of the insole there is an egg shaped window that you can see the gel thru from the top. This is where it failed. The gel under this window broke off from itself and clumped together under my heel causing discomfort. I have emailed Dr Scholl's about this issue and still haven't heard anything back. This was almost a week ago now. I will update when or if I hear anything back from them.
